  Handheld movement was used in this scene as it was a bit shaky and it showed urgency and chaos. Track/Dolly movement in this scene as it moves smoothly and showed the action and movement of the characters. Crane movement was used here as the camera was not moving and you can see the movement clearly.

  Over the Shoulder (OTS) - This effect indicates that she's looking at him and listening to his point of view while at the same time it's showing his reaction. Two Shot - This effect indicates that both character's are talking as if it was one person it would be a Over The Shoulder (OTS). Close Up (CU) - This effect indicates the emotional reaction of the character as you get a close up of their face. Birds Eye View - They want to show the waves to give us a perspective that the waves are huge. Setting - The setting in this scene shows a lot of advanced tech so that could mean he's dealing with something advanced as he's around that environment. Extension Task Medium Shot - This shot shows his body language and his facial expression so you have a deeper understanding of what the character is feeling.

  Costume :    The character at the start is wearing a white lab coat. This suggests to the audience that he may be a scientist doing a reckless experiment . The kids were wearing 80's clothing which suggests that the scene was set in the 80s. Setting : The scene had a suburban setting at the start but it started to get more eerie and dark when one of the kids were by themselves and heard sounds. This suggests that something supernatural or evil may have wanted to harm the kid. Lighting : The lighting showed a eerie atmosphere and that suggests that this is a dark and mysterious story. The flashing lights suggests that something supernatural may happen and that increases the tension.

  The advert shows a young kid with ripped clothes who looks likes he's struggling and it says "Dig toilets , Not graves " which is implying that they need toilets and not graves when they die from starvation. The company who made the advert (Water Aid) have purposely used a sad catchphrase that will bring the audience in my making them feel sad for the child in the advertisement. They dig toilets not graves catchphrase they've used to indicate that they are dying in the area that they live in because of the starvation and thirst of the country that they live in.

  Language - The language of this poster is showing that Carter is a coach ready to take his team to the NBA . The blurring suggests action also his foot on the ball shows power over it and that shows that he is a determined coach. Institution - The business that created the poster wanted to show that Coach Carter is someone who has control over his basketball team and will make sure that they will become the best of their ability. Audience -  The audience will be basketball fans as it is a basketball movie and fans will want to be seeing entertaining and determined , hard working characters. The poster will give an interesting view and that will make fans want to watch the movie but if a poster was boring fans may not want to watch it. Representations - This poster represents hard work and determination as you can see teammates running suicides and you can see the coach have his foot on the ball which means he’s taking action and taking his team to the NBA.
